NSU’s Library Celebrates Veteran’s Day with Special Storytime
NSU’s Alvin Sherman Library recently celebrated Veteran’s Day with a specially-themed storytime.
During the Nov. 10 Miss Meagan’s Storytime Fun, a storytime for children ages 3-5 years with caregiver, participants read stories about the American flag and sang patriotic songs in honor of Veterans Day.
After storytime, the children drew pictures and made thank you cards for veterans. Miss Meagan took the cards to the Paralyzed Veterans Association of Florida (PVAF).
