NSU’s ASQ Student Branch Welcomes Operational Excellence Expert, April 29
“What Does It Take to Be a Performance Improvement Professional” will be the topic for Roland Cavanagh, world renowned author and operational excellence consultant, at the NSU American Society for Quality’s (ASQ’s) dinner and networking event on April 29 at 6 p.m. in the Carl DeSantis Building, room 3000.
Distinguished guest Roland Cavanagh is the author of numerous books, including Building Engaged Team Performance, The Six Sigma Way, and What is Design for Six Sigma. Cavanagh’s expertise involves bringing together good engineering practices, key Lean/Six Sigma tools and years of hands-on experience consulting with clients around the world.
Cavanagh has been consulting to Fortune 1000 companies since 1990 on operational excellence, team performance and process improvement and redesign. His style involves infusing his real-life experiences and translating theory into practical, successful implementation.
