NSU recently hosted the Fellows Society Third Annual Induction Ceremony which culminated with the unveiling of a commemorative monument that displays the names of Fellows Society members. Fifty-four new Fellows were inducted by NSU President/CEO George L. Hanbury II, Ph.D., and Alan B. Levan, co-chair of the Fellows Society and NSU Board of Trustee member.

In addition to the commemorative monument, the newly named “Fellows Way,” located on main campus between NSU’s Carl DeSantis Building and the Rose and Alfred Miniaci Performing Arts Center, was dedicated to Fellows Society members.

Fellows Society members are NSU’s highest level of philanthropic benefactors, having given $50,000 or more to the university. Members  are active advocates of the university while building personal and professional networks. Fellows are recruited by NSU’s Ambassadors Board, whose mission is to enlist widespread and active support for the university’s development efforts, promote NSU programs, and be the university’s “ambassadors” to our communities and constituencies. Susie and Alan Levan serve as co-chairs for the Ambassadors Board.
