NSU Translational Research and Economic Development Genomics Core Facility to Host Lexogen RNA-seq Experiment Pipeline Seminar, Feb. 20

NSU’s Translational Research and Economic Development Genomics Core Facility will host a Lexogen RNA-seq Experiment Pipeline seminar in the Buehler Institute of the Center for Collaborative Research on Tuesday, February 20 from 1:00 P.M. – 2:00 P.M. Lexogen Inc. has developed a complete line of reagent kits from RNA extraction, to rRNA depletion and mRNA enrichment, to library preparation kits for whole transcriptome sequencing and expression profiling. The seminar will include how to make sequencing libraries without fragmenting RNA to yield unparalleled strand specificity and how to make gene expression profiling easy and affordable.

The Genomics Core Facility offers Illumina sequencing services for a high-resolution view of coding and noncoding regions of the transcriptome. Contact NSUGenomics@nova.edu to discuss your RNA-seq project or to request a quote.

Registration is free but required. Lunch provided. Please visit the Genomics Core Facility website to RSVP.
