NSU to host Guest Speakers from the US Holocaust Memorial Museum, Feb. 23

holocaust museumNSU will host the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum on Thursday, Feb. 23 at 7:00 pm in the Miniaci Performing Arts Center.

The free public program features a moderated discussion with two eyewitness to atrocities, a Holocaust survivor and a Syrian immigrant, whose stories highlight the human dimensions of persecution and displacement. As the world grapples with the most refugees since World War II, the voices of individuals driven from their homes prompt us to consider our obligation to those threatened by mass atrocities today.

Featured Speakers will include Alfred Munzer, Holocaust Survivor and Mouaz Moustafa, Executive Director, Syrian Emergency Task Force.
