NSU to Host Guest Speaker & Author, Paul Pellinger, April 24
NSU will host Paul Pellinger Author of Recovery Unplugged: Music is our Medicine on Tuesday, April 24 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Don Taft University Center, Rick Case Arena Club room.
Join Recovery Unplugged Chief Strategy Officer Paul Pellinger at Nova Southeastern University as he discusses music-based addiction treatment and signs copies of his latest book Music Is Our Medicine. Released in December of last year, Music Is Our Medicine has already appeared on the Amazon Bestseller List and has brought the Recovery Unplugged story to an even wider audience.
After being in the drug rehabilitation industry for over 25 years, Pellinger has seen first-hand that traditional rehabilitation is not often successful. Recovery Unplugged a national addiction care organization blazing a trail in the treatment of chemical and alcohol dependency, is unveiling a new book that provides readers with strategies used in their music-based treatments proven to produce long term results for those suffering from addiction.
