The Halmos College of Natural Sciences and Oceanography (HCNSO) will host a discussion entitled, “Extrasolar Planets” Famous Firsts, Boisterous Births and Destructive Deaths,” on Friday, April 21, 12:00 – 1:00 pm in the auditorium, Mailman-Hollywood Building on the Fort Lauderdale-Davie campus.
More than 3000 alien planets have now been discovered outside of our solar system. Their remarkable diversity highlights the uniqueness of our own planetary system.
