NSU Tampa Hosts Free Lean Six Sigma White Belt Training for Community

Lean Six Sigma White Belt training

NSU Tampa recently hosted Lean Six Sigma White Belt training, compliments of Elements of Gemba Consulting, LLC.  The training was free and open to the community.  The four-hour workshop provided the core concepts of Lean Six Sigma, with a focus on productivity and quality improvement tools for any type of process.  Participants received training in the problem solving methods and tools used to enhance their fundamental process improvement skills, and their application in the workplace.  Attendees included individuals from various HSBE corporate partner companies, chambers of commerce, universities, as well as a Pasco County Commissioner and NSU staff.
