NSU Swimming Team Hyped for Upcoming SSC Championship

It’s championship season for the Nova Southeastern University men’s and women’s swim teams as both teams have hit the road to compete in the 2017 Sunshine State Conference Swimming Championship meet Feb. 16 through Feb. 19, which will be hosted at the YMCA Aquatic Center in Orlando, Fla.

Entering its seventh year, this is the fourth consecutive year that the Sunshine State Conference Men’s and Women’s Swimming Championships will be held at the YMCA Aquatic Center. The meet itself is a four-day event consisting of both prelims and finals. Thursday through Saturday, prelims will begin at 10 a.m. followed by finals at 6 p.m. On Sunday, Feb. 19, prelims will remain at 10:00 am but finals will begin at 5:00 pm preceded by senior student-athlete recognition.
