NSU Softball Announces 2013 Recruiting Class

The NSU softball team and head coach Lesa Boneè has announced their 2013 recruiting class. This class is comprised of nine new Sharks, five freshmen and four transfers.
Katrina Ammons, a junior transfer from Brevard Community College, played in 55 games at first base and was a force at the plate for the Titans. Ammons finished with a .433 batting average, with a team-high four home runs and 76 RBI. Ammons also finished with a .572 slugging percentage, second best on the team. Boneè will look for her to be a threat at the plate and become a big run producer. Ammons is a native of Jacksonville, Fla. Complete Release
