More about the NSU Shark Fountain

Shark Fountain, an iconic focal point at Nova Southeastern University, was crafted by famed international wildlife sculptor Kent Ullberg. The fountain features a 17-foot bronze mako shark—NSU’s mascot—weighing 3,000 pounds, with 76 individually sculpted teeth. Located at the east entrance of the Don Taft University Center, Shark Fountain was originally commissioned by PAN-Student Government Association and completed in 2009.
