NSU Research Associate Publishes Text on R programming language

Thomas W. MacFarland, Ed.D., senior research associate and associate professor, recently published a text on the R programming language (2012;  Two-Way Analysis of Variance:  Statistical Tests and Graphics Using R; New York:  Springer).  R has developed into a robust open source software environment, available as a free download, used with multiple operating systems for the organization, statistical analysis, and graphical presentation of data.

Selected chapter sections are available at the publisher Web site (http://www.springer.com/statistics/social+sciences+%26+law/book/978-1-4614-2133-7) and a demonstration video, as part of a set of R videos, is available at https://tegr.it/y/aze (IE seems to work best for this Tegrity-based resource).
