NSU Professor Leads Workshop for Officers in Nassau, Bahamas
Nova Southeastern University partnered with the Bahamas Union of Teachers (BUT) for a training workshop recently held in Nassau, Bahamas. Michael Gaffley, CYC-P, Ed.D., Program Professor for the Fischler School of Education facilitated the training for 100 union executive officers titled, “Making Sense of Change: Energizing effective teamwork through values alignment.”
Attendees participated in personality type assessments and worked to develop an organizational diversity plan. Participants expressed their gratitude stating that “the presentation was enlightening and very relevant.” The BUT plan to host additional workshops with NSU.
