NSU Pharmacy Graduate Named President of Walgreens
Richard Ashworth, Pharm.D.
NSU College of Pharmacy alumnus Richard Ashworth, Pharm.D., (c/o 1999) has been named president of retail and pharmacy operations for Walgreens Co. as part of a revised operational structure. He will assume the new post on Sept. 1 and will oversee the field organization to implement a single customer plan as well as oversee the delivery of customer care across Walgreens’ community locations.
