NSU Orlando Hosts Resource and Career Fair for Veterans
NSU Orlando Campus hosted the Central Florida VetReady Resource and Career Fair.
The NSU Orlando Campus recently hosted the Central Florida VetReady Resource and Career Fair. VetReady is a non-profit organization that coordinates free events to promote career and educational opportunities for veterans, active duty military and their spouses. Over 35 employers from the private and public sectors were in attendance and provided career opportunities and resources to more than 85 veteran job seekers. “I am delighted that VetReady has partnered with the Orlando Campus to fulfill a need for our local community for those who are unemployed. We look forward to supporting this organization as we continue to address this need within our community,” said Michael Daniels, campus director for NSU Orlando.
The Regional Campuses will continue the partnership with VetReady by hosting another Resource and Career Fair at the NSU Tampa Campus on Tuesday, February 25.
