NSU Miami Campus Spreads Holiday Cheer to WeCare of South Dade
Children of WeCare of South Dade put their “Fins Up”!
The NSU Miami Campus staff collected and distributed toys to the children of WeCare of South Dade. This is the second year in a row that NSU Miami has partnered with WeCare of South Dade which provides free after-school programs to families in need.
Kametra Driver, Executive Director of WeCare of South Dade, Inc. stated, “All of our children are from low-income homes and there are a few whose only gifts will be what they received from the generous support of Nova. So for some, in the words of Nigel (age 9), ‘This is the best Christmas ever!’”
