NSU Makes Big Leap in Learfield Cup Standings
Following the completion of the winter season, Nova Southeastern University leapt 66 spots in the 2013-14 Division II Learfield Sports Directors’ Cup standings, moving to 48th and into the top 25 percent of ranked DII schools.
NSU is one of five Sunshine State Conference schools in the top 50 out of the 216 ranked Thursday, April 10, among the more than 300 member institutions. The women’s basketball team earned 83 points for their National Semifinal berth, while men’s and women’s swimming combined for 76 points. The school now has 203 total points with the fall season also included. Complete Release
