NSU Library Hosts LitLIVE! & Circle of Friends Brunch with Author and NSU Professor Barry Barnes

The Circle of Friends of NSU’s Alvin Sherman Library, Research and Information Technology Center will host a LitLIVE! Brunch on Sunday, Mar. 4 at 10:45 a.m. as part of the Broward Public Library Foundation’s annual Literary Feast event.

During the brunch, NSU Professor Barry Barnes, Ph.D., author of Everything I Know About Business I Learned From The Grateful Dead will discuss how The Grateful Dead were masters of improvisation in their music and in their business.

The Circle of Friends Brunch will be held in NSU’s Huizenga Business School Courtyard, which is across from the Miniaci Performing Arts Center.

The brunch is complimentary for Friends members, and costs $15 for non-members. Reservations are required; no walk-ins are permitted. Please RSVP by Monday, Feb. 27 at https://www.nova.edu/webforms/cof/.

Immediately following the brunch, LitLIVE! will take place inside the library from 12:30 to 5:30 p.m. LitLIVE! includes a series of lectures, book sales and signings by some of the nation’s bestselling authors, in conjunction with the Broward County Library’s Literary Feast. The event is free and open to the public.
