NSU Law Center Hosting Forums for Broward Judicial Candidates, July 22 & 29
Judicial candidates running for Broward courts will take part in two forums held on NSU’s main campus and sponsored by NSU’s Shepard Broad Law Center. The purpose of the forums is for the judicial candidates to meet the community and engage in a panel discussion.
The first forum will feature judicial candidates for the Broward Circuit Court and will be held on July 22 at 6 p.m. in the Miniaci Performing Arts Center on NSU’s main campus. The second forum will feature judicial candidates for the Broward County Court and will be held on July 29 at 6 p.m. in the atrium of the Shepard Broad Law Center on NSU’s main campus. A meet-and-greet session with the candidates will be held following each forum.
To RSVP for the forums, visit https://www.browardbar.org/judicialcandidates22.php or call the Broward Bar at 954-764-8040 ext. 203.
The forums are being presented by Broward Judicial Watch, a coalition of voluntary bar associations and their respective leaders and representatives who are engaged in providing an opportunity for judicial candidates to meet the community during their judicial campaigns and provide information about the candidates to the community. All judicial candidates have been invited to attend on their respective dates and will have an opportunity to respond to questions compiled by the Broward Judicial Watch Committee.
