NSU Institute for Neuro-Immune Medicine Hosts Monthly Seminars, Mar. 2

David J. Seiden, M.D.The INIM is pleased to host David J. Seiden, M.D., at the monthly INIM Research Seminar Series on Friday, March 2, 2018 from 12:00–1:30 p.m. at the Center for Collaborative Research on the 2nd floor, room 242.

David J. Seiden is a recognized expert in the field of sleep medicine and serves as medical director for Baptist Health Sleep Centers of South Florida and QPS-MRA, a global drug development organization. He has been a principal investigator and pharmaceutical consultant for more than 100 sleep disorder clinical trials and has published numerous manuscripts in peer reviewed medical journals.

Seiden has particular interest in the neuropharmacology of medicines used to treat sleep disorders including sedative-hypnotics, wake promoting agents, and circadian rhythm modifiers. After graduating from Georgetown University School of Medicine, Seiden trained in Neurology at Columbia University-Neurological Institute of New York and sleep medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach.

He has more than 20 years of experience in neurology and sleep medicine as a clinician, lecturer, and contributor to pharmaceutical research and practices in Hollywood, Florida.

Join us as he lectures on the “Current Concepts in Insomnia. You will not want to miss it! These seminars are scheduled to be broadcasted to regional campuses, upon request.
