Nova Southeastern University recently honored members of its Ambassadors Board during a recognition dinner held at the Don Taft University Center on NSU’s main campus.

During the evening, Alan B. Levan, NSU Board of Trustee member and Ambassadors Board co-chair, along with Susie Levan, Ambassadors Board co-chair, thanked the group for their time and commitment to the University. NSU President George L. Hanbury II, Ph.D., discussed the university’s accomplishments during the 2012-2013 academic year and NSU Board of Trustees Chairman Ron Assaf spoke about NSU’s future and the importance of the capital campaign.

The Ambassadors Board’s mission is to enlist widespread and active support for the University’s development efforts, promote NSU programs, and be the University’s “ambassadors” to communities and constituencies. With 146 members, the group has raised over $400,000 for scholarships and research.
