Get your Flu Shot at the NSU Health & Fitness Expo, Oct. 26
If you have not received your flu vaccines you can get them at the NSU Health and Fitness Expo on Tuesday, Oct. 26, 9:00 am – 2:30 pm. The event will be held in the Don Taft University Center on the second floor basketball courts.
This fun and interactive event is a great opportunity for all of us to take a few minutes to discover new ways to improve our wellbeing and to learn more about the many fitness, health and wellness resources available to everyone right here at NSU.
In addition to getting a flu shot, you can get a biometric screening, meet your benefit plan vendors, check your cholesterol levels, and participate in activities such as zumba and other exercise demonstrations.
There will be plenty of food and many door prizes, so please plan to join us at the Health and Fitness Expo!
