NSU Flight Deck Pub Grand Opening, April 4
The wait is over! The NSU Flight Deck Pub will be hosting its grand opening on Friday, April 4, 2014 from 11:00 a.m. to midnight. It is a modern, yet comfortable restaurant space for the entire NSU community to enjoy. The facility is fully-equipped with indoor and outdoor bars; 17 wide screen televisions; six outdoor, 8 to 10-seater cabanas; plush lounge furniture; a multipurpose space; and a tranquil plaza. A relaxing hammock area and Spirit Rock that was donated by the Undergraduate Student Government Association will be coming soon as well.
The restaurant will be open from 11:00 a.m. until midnight, seven days a week, serving pub-style food, as well as beer and wine for 21-year and older guests. The NSU Flight Deck Pub will also host public and private events and activities throughout the year to make unforgettable memories.
The NSU Flight Deck Pub renovation was truly a student centered project. The Pan Student Government Association (Pan SGA) authorized funding toward the project. The NSU Flight Deck Pub logo was also designed by NSU student and logo contest winner, Miguel Hernandez.
