NSU Employee Health & Wellness Fair, Oct. 24
The annual NSU Employee Health and Wellness Fair on Wednesday is coming to you on October 24, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm in the Don Taft University Center on the first floor/main court. This event will inform, inspire, empower and encourage every Shark to seek their physical and emotional best.

- Get Screened – Biometrics Health Screening for NSU/ICUBA covered employees
BIOMETRIC CLINICS
We have so many Sharks who sign up for biometric screenings that we scheduled clinics for two full days to accommodate everyone! Screenings will be conducted at the Health Fair on Wednesday, Oct. 24, from 10 am to 6:30 pm and again on November 7, 2018 at the Alvin Sherman Library, Room 3018 from 8:30 am to 6 pm.

RETURN USERS – enter your username and password and select the green “Login” button. Forgot your login information? Use the username link to retrieve your username or the password link to reset your password.
NEW USERS – create an account by entering
- Registration Key – ICUBA
- Unique ID – Your Blue Cross member ID + date of birth
- Select the “Register Now” button
Bring your SharkCard – Bring your Medical Insurance ID Card – And Come to the Don Taft University Center – October 24 – 10:00 am to 2:00 pm – first floor/main court
