NSU Deans Compete in a Deans’ Hoop Off
NSU’s Fischler College of Education (FCE) and the College of Psychology supported the Men’s and Women’s Basketball teams on Wednesday, Feb 21, by inviting their faculty, staff, students and alumni to attend the games for an evening of food and fun in the University Club Room, located in the Rick Case Arena.
During halftime of the women’s game, Dean Kimberly Durham, Psy.D. of the Fischler College of Education, and Dean Karen Grosby, Psy.D. Of the College of Psychology, were set to compete in a hoop off contest called the “Shark Skills Challenge.” However, just before the competition, Dean Durham suffered a “strategic injury” and called in FCE Associate Dean Dana Mills as a quick substitution to compete in her place. The move paid off and FCE emerged victorious at the end of the challenge!
