NSU College of Osteopathic Alumnus Named Acting Dean in Mississippi



James M. Turner D.O., FACOFP, FACOEP, a 1988 graduate of Nova Southeastern University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine (NSU-COM) and his wife, Sherry.


James M. Turner D.O., FACOFP, FACOEP, a 1988 graduate of Nova Southeastern University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine (NSU-COM), has been named acting dean of William Carey University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. He became the first NSU-COM graduate to be named dean of an osteopathic medical school. He also serves as the college’s associate dean for clinical sciences and associate professor of medicine.
