NSU Athletics Looking to Make Run at SSC Mayors’ Cup
Nova Southeastern University Athletics remain in contention on both the men’s and women’s sides of the Sunshine State Conference Mayors’ Cup standings following the fall and winter seasons, announced by the league office.
Looking to keep the Cup in Fort Lauderdale for a second straight year, the Shark women’s programs currently rank in third with 26.5 points, trailing only Tampa and leader Saint Leo. The men, meanwhile, sit in ninth with 12 points, but are just seven points behind first-place Tampa with baseball and golf still in the mix to help the Sharks make a move up the leaderboard.
