NSU Athletics Celebrates Landmark Year at Champions Luncheon
Celebrating NSU’s Champions!
The NSU athletics department celebrated a landmark 2012-13 season at its Annual Champions Luncheon held at the Grande Oaks Country Club.
In attendance were NSU’s regional and national champions from last season. The men’s cross country, women’s basketball and men’s golf teams were all recognized for claiming NCAA South Region Championships.
NSU swimmers Oskar Nordstrand and Erin Black, both seniors in 2012-13, were honored for claiming the national championship in their respective 500-yard freestyle races. Finally, the 2013 NCAA National Championship winning NSU rowing team was honored for their historic run. Complete Release
