NSU Arena Hosts Annual FFMA Operations Seminar
The NSU Arena recently hosted this year’s Florida Facility Managers Association (FFMA) Operations Seminar, which was attended by more than 80 arena professionals from around the state. Topics included Emergency Preparedness, Sustainability and Achieving Five Star Customer Service. Attendees also enjoyed a campus tour while on site.
According to Melissa Fronstin, NSU arena director, “We were very proud to have the opportunity to host this year’s conference. It was a wonderful opportunity to showcase Nova Southeastern University to our colleagues from the State of Florida.”
