NSU Announces 2016-17 Women’s Basketball Schedule
Women’s Basketball Schedule announced
The Nova Southeastern women’s basketball program has released its schedule for the upcoming 2016-17 season, which begins on Nov. 11. The schedule features three tournaments, two hosted by the Sharks, and 13 home games.
The Sharks finished the 2015-16 season ranked No. 21 with an overall record of 24-7 (13-3 SSC). Despite falling to Tampa in the semi-final round of the Sunshine State Conference Tournament, the Sharks earned their fourth straight post-season berth to the NCAA Tournament. After a win in the quarterfinals over Delta State, the Sharks’ season ended in the South Region Semis when second-seeded Benedict topped NSU, 69-57.
