NSU Alvin Sherman Library’s Cotilla Gallery Presents Color, Line and Form / Color, Linea, y Forma – Art Exhibition, Ends Oct. 8

2017-HH-Month-Exhibit-final-digital-massmailThe NSU Alvin Sherman Library’s Cotilla Gallery presents an exhibit honoring Hispanic Heritage month, featuring the works of artists from the Dominican Republic and Argentina.
The exhibit will be displayed from Sunday, September 3 through Sunday, October 8, 2017.

A selection of works from sixteen Dominican artists on loan courtesy of The Gary Nader Art Centre will be featured. The Nader Art Centre, located in the heart of Wynwood, Miami’s art district, displays works of contemporary and internationally recognized artists. The Art Centre was founded by Gary Nader who is recognized worldwide as an expert and collector of Latin American art. Nader’s early career began as the Director of the Nader Art Gallery in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic in 1981. In 1985, he moved to Miami to fund a gallery specializing in Latin American art.
