NSU Alumni Spotlight: FCE Graduate Joins University of Mississippi as an Instructional Designer and Training Specialist
Deborah Seepersaud, Ed.D., graduate of NSU’s Fischler College of education recently joined the University of Mississippi as an Instructional Designer and Training Specialist. Prior to joining Ole Miss, she was the Manager of Training at Nova Southeastern University and at Barry University.
Last month Seepersaud collaborated with FCE faculty members from at the Annual Convention of the Association for Educational Communications and Technology, held in Jacksonville, FL where they presented a Presidential Session on publishing.
Seepersaud is an active member of the Florida Distance Learning Association and will present on the role of the University–level instructional designer who works with faculty to develop online courses. Additionally, she teaches online graduate level courses in instructional technology.
Seepersaud earned her doctorate of education with a concentration in instructional technology and distance education in 2015.
