NSU Alumni Spotlight: FCE alumnus named the 2016-2017 Chair of the American Association of Community Colleges
George Knox, Ed.D
George Knox, Ed.D. (’96) graduate of the Abraham S. Fischler College of Education (FCE) has been named the 2016-2017 American Association Of Community Colleges (AACC) Chair. George will succeed the 2015-2016 chair, FCE alumnus, Will Austin Ed.D. (‘00).
The AACC is the primary advocacy organization for the nation’s community colleges. The association represents nearly 1,200 two-year, associate degree granting institutions and more than 13 million students.
George Knox is the President of Labette Community College and Will Austin is the President of Warren County Community College.
