Regional Campus: NSU Alumni Event- Improv Your Life, March 30
Learn to Navigate Your Life without a Script at this experiential workshop with Mary T. Curtis.
We will learn, laugh and grow together as you explore and practice techniques that can change your relationship with self, others, and the world. At the end of this session you will walk away with tools to empower you to:
- Think on your feet and respond appropriately under pressure
- Communicate effectively at home and at work
- Embrace your authenticity and take risks to move forward
- Foster collaboration and strengthen relationships
- Manage and lead through change
- Breakthrough limiting beliefs to engage fully in life
$20 per person
Includes heavy hors d’oeuvres, drinks and cash bar to follow.
