NSU Alumna Installed as Florida Pharmacy Association President Elect
Angela Garcia
Angela S. Garcia, Pharm.D. (’05), M.P.H. (’13), was named Florida Pharmacy Association President Elect. Following graduation from NSU COP in 2005, Garcia completed a Drug Information Residency and obtained her Master of Public Health degree. Working as an assistant professor at NSU, Garcia also served on international and interprofessional medical missions, served as the Member-At-Large for the Florida Public Health Association, and formerly as a member of its Board of Directors, held leadership roles with Broward County Pharmacy Association, and is currently a member of the Pinellals County Pharmacy Association.
