Pride Bite: NSU Museum of Art is now NSU Art Museum Fort Lauderdale

Announcing a new graphic identity and name change to reflect the Museum’s embrace of both local and global audiences and association with Nova Southeastern University.

The Art Museum’s logo and graphic identity is inspired by the combination of Scandinavian modernist design and a multi-color palette softly reflective of the tropical South Florida landscape. The new logo, designed by the South Florida design studio Fulano Inc., is evocative of a dynamic museum on the move and is consistent with NSU Art Museum Fort Lauderdale’s ambitious programming. It highlights the word “art” and underlines the word “muse” in museum, clearly expressing the Art Museum’s emphasis on art and its wider goal of providing continued inspiration to its diverse audience and relationship with NSU.
