NBC-6 Wants to See Your Shark Pride at the Shark Circle on Sept. 12

Weeks of Welcome may have come to a close, but there are still a lot of ways to keep the NSU Shark Pride flowing. Start by participating in this amazing media opportunity: On Wednesday, Sept. 12, NBC-6 will be reporting LIVE from NSU for their special college week feature.

NBC will also feature other local colleges such as UM, FIU, FAU, and Broward – but we want to show them why NSU is THE BEST. Accordingly, Sept. 12 will be our day to shine, and we need your help.

Please join us at the Shark Fountain outside of the University Center on the main campus at 4:30 p.m. Come dressed in your most spirited NSU gear and be ready to make some NOISE! Periodically, we will be broadcast live on the NBC-6 newscast between 5 to 6:30 p.m.

The first 200 students will get a $10 food court voucher. If the weather is good we are still meeting outside by the Shark Fountain. If there is bad weather we will be inside of the University Center at the Pit.

Join Razor, the NSU cheerleaders, and your colleagues at this Shark pride-fest. And don’t forget to bring NSU or Shark signs, wear your Greek gear, show your organization pride, or dress as a giant shark! Let us show  South Florida and beyond how remarkable NSU’s students, faculty and staff really are.

Share this invitation with your students, friends and colleagues.

See you there!  GO SHARKS!
