Men’s and Women’s Basketball Set to Open Respective Seasons this week

The Nova Southeastern men’s and women’s basketball teams will open the 2011-12 season Nov. 11-13, as each team will host a NSU Tip-Off Classic tournament. The women will open the season against Valdosta State Nov. 11 and then take on Columbus State on Nov. 12. The men will host Columbus State on Nov. 12 and then take on Valdosta State the following evening Nov. 13. Both squads were picked to finish seventh in the SSC this season in the conference preseason poll.
