Men’s Basketball Schedule Released

Nova Southeastern men’s basketball coach Gary Tuell has released the schedule for the 2011-12 season. The Sharks will play 15 games at home this season along with 11 games on the road.

“We’re playing a typically tough schedule, especially in terms of NCAA D-II regional games,” said Tuell. “We’re certainly not easing into the schedule, starting the season with Columbus State and Valdosta State in our tip-off tournament. That will be a real eye-opener for the 10 new guys.

“With a game against West Georgia and a road game at Northwood against Rollie Massimino’s team (along with a home game against Ave Maria), that’s five of the toughest non-conference games anyone could hope to play. Those are the kind of games we need to get our young and new players ready for the grind of the Sunshine State Conference.” Complete Release.
