Medical Student Receives Oliva Scholarship

Fourth-year Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medical student Lindsay LaCorte was a recipient of the inaugural $1,000 Florida Osteopathic Medical Association (FOMA) Marcelino Oliva, Jr., D.O., Student Scholarship and Award. The accolade honors students who advance and promote the practices and principles of osteopathic medicine, showcase dedication to continuing Oliva’s vision, and epitomize the qualities of commitment, passion, and involvement in the political and legislative process.
