Medical School Media Director Wins National Writing Award

Scott Colton, B.A., APR, director of medical communications and public relations for NSU’s College of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Professions Division, received a Best Feature Story or Article Award in the AACOM Communications Awards Competition. The competition was held during the American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine (AACOM) Annual Conference, which took place April 2-5 in Washington, D.C. Colton was honored for his winter 2013 COM Outlook article entitled “Chauffeuring a Scientific Legend.”
