Medical School Holds Cadaver Appreciation Ceremony
On Nov. 10, NSU’s College of Osteopathic Medicine held its 2nd Annual Cadaver Appreciation Ceremony to demonstrate the students’ appreciation to the individuals who selflessly donated their bodies to benefit future generations of physicians and mankind in general. “These individuals trusted us with their bodies in hopes of advancing medicine and making us better physicians,” said third-year student Jaclynn Moskow Rosenthal, who helped launch the event in 2009.
