M.B.A. Graduate Advances Career at AT&T
Cheryl Milejczak
Cheryl Milejczak, senior sales compensation delivery manager at AT&T Mobility, has used her M.B.A. degree to climb the corporate ladder. She earned her M.B.A. from the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship in January 2000.
For the past 15 years, Milejczak has worked for the mobility division of AT&T, enduring several mergers and acquisitions. She currently works at the company’s headquarters location in Atlanta, Ga. As a member of the Sales Compensation Team, Milejczak leads a team whose members reside in multiple locations throughout the country. Her team is primarily responsible for providing support training, communication, and overall compensation knowledge for sellers in multiple distribution channels throughout the country.
Milejczak has held many different positions and received multiple awards during her tenure with AT&T. Most recently she received the award for Service Excellence.
Milejczak holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of New Hampshire-Manchester.
