Let us hear from you: ESS Customer Service Survey, Closes on June 19

The university is experiencing major changes, yet Enrollment and Student Services (ESS) remains dedicated to providing quality services to both our student population and our colleagues.

In order to ensure that we continue to meet your needs and expectations, we ask for your participation in a brief online survey. Our customer service survey contains 9 questions and should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.

Please use the comment fields to share your experiences and suggestions so that we may continue to improve our service delivery. If you are both an employee and a student, please focus exclusively on your experiences as an employee. If you are an ESS employee, please do not complete the survey.

Your responses are voluntary, anonymous, and confidential. Your submission will be assigned a computer generated ID number (not your NSU ID number or email address). This will ensure your anonymity.

We greatly appreciate your time and feedback. The survey will remain open through Friday, June 19.
