Enjoy an afternoon with the exhibition “Against the Grain: Wood in Contemporary Art, Craft and Design” on view at the Museum of Art | Fort Lauderdale. Curator Lisa Rockford will lead a discussion with local artists Christopher Carter, Kerry Phillips, Colin Sherrell, and Tyler Smith as they reveal the unique processes and techniques they utilize with wood as their medium.
$10 per person, includes museum admission; Free for museum members. Seating is limited.
