Learn How to Improve Your Psychological Well-Being, Jan. 15

Whether you’re looking for a quick pick-me-up or some reassurance that life is good, the next Psychology Graduate Research Series talk will provide tips for improving your psychological well-being. Co-hosted by the Farquhar College of Arts and Sciences and NSU’s Center for Psychological Studies (CPS), the event is free and all are welcome to attend.

About the Talk

This talk will review the background of psychological well-being (PWB) and discuss ways in which students can increase their PWB. In addition, the presenters will discuss current research conducted at NSU investigating the effects of a mentor-mentee program based on increasing PWB. The group will review the latest data collected from this study.
