Employees should be acutely aware of their role within the larger system and understand their impact on external and internal customers. Participants will learn the Customer Service Mindset and learn to deliver clear, consistent messaging and communication; learn how to get to the very essence of problems; learn to avoid misunderstandings; and learn to effectively influence others and their outcomes. You will also learn to increase satisfaction, reduce complaints and reduce service times by delivering world-class customer service.
