Learn the Art of Dance with Two Free Master Classes, Nov. 17
Looking to learn a few new dance moves or improve your technique? The Farquhar College of Arts and Sciences Division of Performing and Visual Arts will host two free dance master classes at NSU on Nov. 15 and 17. The sessions will take place from noon to 1:00 p.m. in the college’s Performance Theatre of the Performing and Visual Arts Wing in the Don Taft University Center.
On Nov. 15, Augusto Soledade, M.F.A., assistant professor in the college, will teach a class on Afro-Brazilian dance. On Nov. 17, Elana Lanczi, M.F.A., assistant professor in the college, will lead a class on modern dance technique.
