Hudson Institute offers Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification, Jan. 25- 26
The Hudson Institute of Entrepreneurship and Executive Education will offer Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification on Jan. 25-26, 9:00 am – 5:00 p.m., in the Carl DeSantis Building on NSU’s main campus.
Participants will learn the Lean Six Sigma philosophy and how to apply it in their role and workplace on a daily basis from the Hudson Institute. Participants will learn what Six Sigma and Lean are and how they work, both separately and together. Participants will continue their exploration of each phase of Six Sigma’s DMAIC methodology, including project charters, process mapping, cause-and-effect tools, simple data analysis, change management and process improvement, and basic controls.
