Law School Alumna Appointed President Elect of FACDL
Nellie L. King, J.D., owner of The Law Offices of Nellie L. King, P.A. in West Palm Beach, Fla., was recently installed as the President Elect of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers at FACDL’s 23rd Annual Meeting in Orlando. A professional bar association known as “Liberty’s Last Champion,” FACDL has approximately 2,000 members and is dedicated to promoting excellence in the practice of criminal law, insuring the integrity and independence of the criminal defense lawyer and promoting the protection of the rights of individuals. Ms. King will be installed as FACDL’s 24th President June 2011 in Palm Beach. She is a 1996 graduate of NSU’s Shepard Broad Law School.
